Notes on the processing of your data acc. Article 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU2016/679)

References to legal regulations refer to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as the Federal German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Hessian Data Protection and Information Freedom Act (HDSIG) in the version valid from 25.05.2018.

We point out that only the German version of this privacy policy has legal effect.

Scope

This privacy policy applies to the internet offer of PF-Schweißtechnologie GmbH at www.pfs-gmbh.com und for the personal data collected on these websites. For websites of other providers to which e.g. Links are referenced, the local privacy policy and declarations apply.

Server log files

When using our website, we only store data that your browser transmits to our server – so-called server log files.

When you visit our website, we collect the following information that is technically necessary for us to display the website – name of website accessed, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transmitted, successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

IP addresses are anonymized after 7 days. We use this log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operating, maintaining and optimizing our website. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest.
